Struvite is a common but treatable condition. Urinary Struvite lowers urine pH, preventing the formation of struvite crystals. Combined with reduced mineral (magnesium) content, the risk of recurrence is further minimized.
Indications:

• Struvite urolithiasis
• Recurrent struvite formation

Contraindications:

• Puppies
• Pregnancy and lactation
• Dogs currently receiving a full dose of urinary acidifiers
• Urates, cystine, and calcium oxalate urolithiasis
• Geriatric dogs

Product characteristics:

• Low potassium level helps maintain a low urine pH.
• Magnesium content is at a safe low level, ensuring that long-term preventive use does not pose a risk of hypomagnesemia.
• Limits intake of minerals that contribute to struvite formation.
