The backpack has the low-material Plain Comfort carrying system, and the back is covered in a smooth nylon material that snow cannot stick to in winter. The lightly padded shoulder straps are breathable. The height-adjustable lid provides an additional closure for the main compartment in the form of a snow guard with drawstrings, and used in combination with the waterproof inner bag will keep the contents dry and clean when not using the lid.
